Kins Hotel

The stay was awesome. This is a newly built hotel, so everything is still very new and clean. The room and bathroom were spotless, and the service was great throughout our stay. The location is very convenient, with many restaurants nearby. I also appreciated the $45 valet parking, especially since many hotels charge $65 or more. The gym had basic equipment, which was perfectly fine for me. The only thing I would recommend is toning down the scent in the lobby. It smells very nice, but it might be a bit strong for people with sensitive noses. I will definitely come back and recommend this hotel to my friends.

During this trip, I happened to walk past Kins Hotel and it immediately caught my attention because it looked modern and brand new. When my flight was delayed due to inclement weather, I decided to give it a try. For the price range, there are several areas where the hotel could improve. The first issue was the 35 dollar early check in fee. In my years of traveling, I have never been charged extra to check in early at hotels such as Normandie, Westin, Hyatt, or Hilton when a room was available. The Kins Hotel was a fantastic find! The price was fair, the location perfect for our needs, and the service was outstanding. In particular, shout out for the parking attendants. Courteous and attentive. The room itself was also nice. We had one of the smaller rooms, but it was large enough for our short, two-night stay since we really only needed it to sleep and prep for our days. The only downside, and I must say it's potentially a pretty terrible downside, was the water pressure in the shower. It was absolutely HORRENDOUS!
