Kickapoo Hideaway LLC

Can't say enough good things about our stay at the Kickapoo Hideaway cabin and bunkhouse. John was super to work with and very helpful. Beautiful setting, cabin was extremely well stocked, charmingly decorated, and very comfortable. It had everything you could ever want/need. And the price was great. We would love to go there again! And, SO much to do right there, and within a few minutes to the Wildcat Mountain State Park.

We had a great time. Place was wonderful. Quiet and peaceful. We had plenty of room and there was 10 of us. Kids loved the swing out front. Hopefully next time we will be able to do the trails. Cabins were stocked with everything we needed, only thing we brought was food. John was wonderful host. Was worried for our well being texted us when on river to make sure we we're ok, cause a storm passed while on river. We will definitely be back at sometime.

Our stay at Kickapoo Hideaway exceeded our expectations. The drive to the property in itself is spectacular. The accommodations are comfortable, tasteful and homey! You can feel the love put into this home. We were at ease to let our large golden doodle frolic the immense wilderness. We plan to visit again and again and have ideas for future fun now that we know the potential of this hidden gem! Thank you, John

Have stayed here 3 times and just gets better everytime. Super nice owners and beautiful spot of land they have. Both cabins are amazing for an outing or family get together. Thinking about getting a place for a weekend I would highly recommend.

This cabin is the best! The bunk house is so comfortable and cozy and the land surrounding is gorgeous to hike and walk through. There is a beautiful river not far that is fun to kayak and swim in during the summer. Definitely will be coming back!
