Key West Inn - LaFayette

The room was pretty dated and I didn't feel like it was super clean. Felt plenty safe in the area and the bed was comfortable enough but the sheets felt like they had been used for at least 10 years (very thin and threadbare). No breakfast options, but I dont think there usually is with a motel. In general, not a bad place to stay if youre just sleeping there and nothing else.

This was our second stay at this motel and it was just as nice as the first time. Everything was so clean and at an affordable price. It was also quiet. My husband mentioned at checkin that we had stayed upstairs last time and it made it rough on his knees so the clerk gave us a ground-level room.

Room was filthy, urine all around bottom of toilet, soap scum amd hair in sink. Same with tub. Bear in mind, my wife is a professional house cleaner. Oh my lord, she went crazy. Offered another room, to which I declined (same cleaner for all rooms). I wanted a refund as I was leaving. I was refused and called names. Asked her name and how to spell it. She responded with you spell it. She was of Indian decent and I actually had a hard time understanding her broken English. So as not to be disrespectful I asked how to spell her name. She straight up said, you spell it, once more before leaving I asked about a refund and again was told that she was not going to refund me!! Oh, 2 other couples we spoke to on the way to the office both said the same thing. Rooms were not clean. Not sure if the

being on the road a good bit , there are 3 things I look for in a hotel/Motel. Comfortable bed , good wifi and a clean room. like Meatloaf said , 2 out of 3 ain't bad .
