Kettle Falls Inn Hotel

Because I was housed there by rural resources, they gave me one of the most run down rooms they have! There were huge gaps in the door and around the heater where cold air was pouring in, it took a day to get it decently warm in the room. The window didn't even close all the way so there was no way to lock it, plus there was no additional lock on the inside of the door. It made me feel incredibly unsafe, not to mention the fact that there was no smoke alarm in the room! The refrigerator barely worked and it was very dirty everywhere including a bunch of hair in the shower drain. Also, the only options on their TV were purchasing paper view. There wasn't even a table or a single chair in the room and when to check in I was greeted by a teenager who said "what's going on?" And then when I ex

Basic and adequate as the price would indicate. Outside aesthetically pleasing. Old furnishings but room otherwise in fair condition although less than perfectly clean. Very comfortable bed although the pillows less so. Free coffee and breakfast sandwich at the gas station next door with my stay.

Vents and filters dirty on the 25 year old Hvac unit. There no where to hang a coat. The seating is stained un vacuumed. The small refrigerator thing with wood paneling decals from 1979 is frozen over. The bathroom has no shelving to set your supplies on. The wifi doesn't work. And they live in room behind the front counter.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at kettle falls inn in kettle falls wa,and I can’t recommend it enough! From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed by the incredibly warm and helpful owners, who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. Their hospitality truly made a difference and added a personal touch to my experience. The hotel itself is adorable and impeccably tidy, reflecting the charm of this lovely small town. Every corner is thoughtfully decorated, creating a cozy atmosphere that felt like a home away from home. If you’re looking for a delightful stay with fantastic service in a picturesque setting, kettle Falls inn is the place to be. I can’t wait to return!

DANGER!!! I wrote a negative, but not untrue review of this hotel. Appliances and surfaces were not clean, wifi didn't work, stove was inoperative, run by managers children, etc. Shortly thereafter, a rough woman used a key to enter my room, without permission, and begin to berate me. The police were ultimately called and I left, probably before I got to experience the bedbugs. A refund was refused. Absolutely besides myself on this experience. I am following up with the Stevens County Court. DO NOT STAY HERE! One star hotel run by zero star people.
