Kenedy Village RV Park

Nice cement slab, clean, quiet. We accidentally broke the plastic water pipe and the manager was gracious, May not be a oasis out in nature but lovely just the same.

My stay at Kenedy Village RV Park was simply fantastic! The facilities were clean, modern, and well-maintained, making for a truly comfortable and enjoyable experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always going out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. The location was also very convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. Overall, I had a wonderful time at Kenedy Village RV Park and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing getaway. Five stars all the way!

Where to start.... The manager is only part time so he is never in the office, which isn’t really his fault, though he likes to yell at certain people because they are parked in the grass even though everyone is parked in the grass. The bathrooms are always filthy, especially the men’s, I have found out from another tenant that she is the one who tries to keep the women’s bathroom decent and had to purchase a lock on her own to be able to safely shower without men coming in. The park itself isn’t bad if you don’t mind airplanes flying over in the morning and throughout the day... other than that it’s quiet and you can hear birds. Most tentants stay to themselves, until it starts getting dark then even though the rules say no loud music it still happens especially Friday nights and all day

I'm not happy with the manager or the owners. Management was caught stealing rent, bathrooms and showers were filthy with feces ALL over in the men's, two toilets are broken, one new toilet has been sitting outside for over a week, me and my boyfriend had to clean the women's bathroom just so we could use the shower. The owners just hired a new manager and so far he hasn't done anything to clean it up. Laundry room door has been busted and needs a new frame. Outside door handle on the restrooms is broken and cannot shut the door so the wind keeps banging it against the wall.

Kenedy Village RV Park is currently under renovation by the new owner — and the changes being made are splendid. You can really tell he’s pouring his heart and soul into this endeavor and it will soon make Kenedy Village a must-stay locale. Thank you for all your hard work and attention to detail! Prost!!
