So far so good, free washer and dryers, got free cable although I didnt get many channels but maybe I didnt setup right. The price was fair and Nancy was a pleasure to talk to. She was nice and very accommodating!
The park is good for what I need and it's quite also it's close to town. Where the is an HEB, Walmart, and plenty of places to eat.

Quiet and clean. Laundry is free. There is supposed to be WiFi but I've never been able to log in. Owner seems nice.
Love this park, the laundry room is very nice!! The landlady is helpful and the Walmart is very close to this location ♥️
