Manager was realy nice he gave us a refund, the second i walked in the room it hit me with the most Awful smell realy Gross like it Hadn't been clean in years spider web and bugs all over the place

The manager of this hotel is top of the line. It is an older hotel but the rooms are always exceptionally clean. It's got easy access to the highway and is so peaceful. There aren't any.shady people hanging around and they make sure your stay is pleasant! Each room has a mini fridge and wifi. I will always stay here instead of budgetel.

If I could give 0 stars (or -1), I would. This is by far the worst hotel I've ever stayed at; there is nothing good about it. The first room we were given smelled damp and moldy. The carpet looked like it hadn't been cleaned in ages, and everything about the room screamed "I am not clean or maintained!!" Since there are limited hotel options in the area and the other hotels had worse reviews than this one, we chose to stay anyway. We stripped the bed (as we do in every hotel) and found a bunch of dead bugs and larvae under the sheets, smashed between the mattresses, and under the bed. This is when we called the manager and asked for a different room.||||The 2nd room still had a damp, moldy odor, but it was not quite as pronounced as in the first room. I am staying at the Kay-Lyn Kourt Motel and for the price it is great. I have satellite TV, WiFi and a heater/air conditioner that works well. The Room was clean and in good repair. They have daily and weekly rates. The owner is very nice to me. I talk to him almost every day when he isn't cleaning the rooms or doing other things on his property. You have to go to 42 Nicholson Street I don't know the name of the gas station there but you can get a hot breakfast here. There is no McDonald's here or fast food restaurant. They do have Red's Pizza Restaurant up the road from the motel and they serve more than just pizza. I think there are people that are not so honest trying to give this place a bad wrap and I just want others to know that the owners take good care of their place. I am enjoyin

This was the dirtiest motel my husband has ever stayed at, but with a broken down truck late at night, this was the only option. If you have a choice, go somewhere else. He slept on top of the bedding, did not change his clothes, immediately into the washer when he got home. Yuck.
