Great customer service! Clean room/kitchen! Beds comfy!! Coffee was always available in the lobby with pastries! Accommodated us and were very thoughtful during the winter freeze. Management took good care of my family! Definitely recommend!!!!!

Entire staff was extremely friendly and was always going out of their way to be available for us! Rooms were very clean and the beds were warm and cozy during the winter blast. Would definitely recommend to anyone and everyone :)

Fantastic customer service. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms. Took excellent care of their occupants during the ice/snow storms. Could have price gouged and didn’t. Highly recommend.

Not really good, When I entered I found a big cocaroach, the shower was full of hairs, and worst of all the coffe maker was very dirty. I reserved for 2 nights and when I tried to enter the key didn't worked and I had to go to the looby as fast as I could because my wife was very sick, and a thunderstorm was starting. So I give 2 stars at least.

The staff had the rooms nice and warm when we arrived. Comfortable beds. Loved the customer service as well!
