Chaparral Motel

Great small motel. Good value for money. Clean and nice rooms

The motel is old but the staff is friendly which they warm up to you. Pillows are flat but hey at least their turn down service is spot on. WiFi yes for you WiFi users is a hit or miss never fully functional

We came to this area to visit Panna Maria for the homecoming, as we have in many past Octobers. Boy what a shock as far as getting a reasonably priced motel room! The recent boom in gas exploration has seen an increase in new motel construction, and an unbelievable increase in prices. We chose the Chaparral for their economical rates and in fact spent two nights here for the price of one night in a newer build. So was this obviously older, less expensive motel going to be dump? We were delighted to find the room had been recently remodeled, new paint,comfortable bed, appliances that work and best of all - lots of electric outlets to plug all our junk into,something even high places never seem to provide. Don't expect to find that pool that is pictured, it appears to have been filled in. An

The only bad thing is about the place is the big truck traffic, being that there is a traffic light close to the motel. I worked nights so sleeping during the day it can be a little noisy. Very clean room and helpful staff, and everything you need store wise is walking distance

Room was cool in temperature.. but take your own hygiene products and be ready to be bored cause the cable was out. But overall it was clean.. I liked it.. 60$ can't beat it.
