Kanza Campground

The best thing at the campground is free high speed WiFi. Level camper pads to park RV on. Restrooms/Showers are ok, nothing special. Good boat ramp and dock for launching your boat. Nice playground for the kids.

Nice and shady. Clean camp ground. Camp host was very nice.

We were just driving thru so can't rate bathrooms or lake. June 2022 Negatives: The sites were very close. If you had a slide out and your neighbor did too they would almost touch. Fortunately we got a premium spot so it was better. Very packed with people. People on atv idling next to our rig 9:30 pm talking to others for 20 minutes. Trump supporting flags in the ground so you can tell the type of crowd. The 5 minutes to set up resulted in many mosquitoe bites. The ground was covered in cottonwood so allergies flare. Only electric no water hook up. Phone coverage is bad. Plus: was very surprised no parties late into night. People were light respectful. Site was close to level.

Great little inlet here you can also find some pretty cool fossils.

Clean, well kept and parking areas that have trees for shade. Boat ramp and docks. Marina area for parking your boats. I just discribed every Marina but I was impressed with this area.
