Kaiya Beach Resort

I stayed at Kaiya Beach Resort for two nights recently to celebrate my birthday. Prior to my arrival, I spoke to Evan, a concierge, by phone and he described the property & the paid amenities to me. He was extremely kind and helpful. When we arrived, we checked-in and were told we needed to pay a $100 non-refundable damage waiver (for a two-night stay) ... We were then shown our unit, which was absolutely beautiful! My only complaints were the noisiness of the main road, and the large silverfish in the master bath & guest room. I informed the property upon departure that they should spray. On the day of my birthday, we headed towards the beach club and were told by a concierge that the beach club was closed for a photoshoot. I was disappointed because I was really looking forward to that.

I was privileged enough to attend the Jvana retreat at Kaiya and stayed at one of the condos. Man oh man, if I wasn't already in a state of peace and tranquility when I arrived, the well appointed ambiance of the place immediately put me in one! The Kaiya compound flanks both sides of the 30A so the stroll from the condo to the Beach Club provided a glimpse into the energy of the area. The Kaiya Beach Club has a pristine pool on a bluff overlooking the beach and the expanse of the Gulf waters. The Jvana experience was impactful; the surroundings provided the perfect space for reflection. This place is magical. Elegant serenity was born here.

We loved our stay in one of the club residences between Christmas through New Year’s Day. The condo was clean, beautiful, and so comfortable. The concierge staff members were extremely helpful and friendly from the minute we arrived until departure. Enjoyed every minute we were there!

We loved Kaiya so much the first time we visited over Easter 2025 that we decided to build a second home here!! It's peaceful, beautiful, well-manicured, fully-equipped, and the staff is incredible. We have 2 tweens and 1 teen, and they love it too. We will be renting out our place when we're not in Florida, and look forward to making memories at Kaiya for many years to come!!

Our family had the most amazing experience at Kaiya Beach Resort! We came for a last minute weekend and were blown away by the attention to detail and the top tier customer service and amenities. I’ve been vacationing in this area for 40 years and seen the growth and progression of development. We’ve stayed in every neighborhood on 30a and you will not find another development that compares to Kaiya. The condos, town homes and homes are stunning and high end in every way. The customer service is unbelievable from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave. The beach club blew us away with how stunning it was and the exclusivity you get in an otherwise over saturated area. You feel far away from the crowds in the best way possible.
