Kaibab Lodge

Staff were very friendly, went out of their way to insure our stay was great. Did an amazing job with the limited staff on site due to just re-opening. |I am still angry with NPS for the ignorance in dealing with the whole lightening strike and subsequent devastation. I will not live long enough to see the forest recover. I am grateful that Forest Service firefighters saved this lodge and what they worked so hard to save.|The Starlink worked well at the lodge but no service at the cabin. There are comfortable areas to sit in the lodge to use the free Starlink. Cabin was clean and comfortable. Very quiet and beautiful views from our cabin. Deer were in the meadow in the evening. Lovely area, quiet while we were there. Staff were friendly and very helpful. So glad this place was spared during the wildfire. Thanks to Forest Service hotshot crews and all of the wildland firefighters. This is the perfect place to stay if you want to enjoy or hike the Grand Canyon. They will do their best to accommodate you. Will stay here again.

stay away from this hotel! Esp. if you are planning your trip some time ahead. Cancelled my reservation before deadline and the hotel keep creating all sorts of difilculties to refund. Even though it is comprehensible if they have trouble with the wild fire, they don't reply emails and show no respect for their clients. Zero transparency as more people here has complained...

Had lots of troubles getting my due refund after having to cancel reservation before deadline. I was told they could only refund sending me a check to my country lol!! They argued that refund via credit card or transfers to an US bank account were options "not allowed by the owner". These people totally sound like scammers and the only option is to dispute the transaction with the credit card. I would avoid this lodge at any costs.

Nice rustic cedar cabin stay ! We stayed in Aspen Sunrise cabin overlooking the big meadow field. Very quiet peaceful setting. A few deer came out in the evening to graze in the meadow. The lodge is very cool. Big old log lodge feel . Very welcoming . Starlink issues so we had no wifi in our cabin. Beds were very comfy. Good water pressure .
