Traveling with Kaaba Connections was the worst experience ever. I travelled with them in November, there was no co-ordination between their transportation team and hotel bookings. They charged us in advance for all the bookings but we still had to pay the hotel extra for staying another day in Makkah that should’ve been covered by Kaaba Connections. We had to take a taxi from our hotel in Madinah to the airport because Kaaba Connections never arranged transportation for us even though it was all included in our package and we paid for it. We never got our visas till the last moment, we kept asking them about our visas, but they kept saying “you will get them soon.” We ended up getting our visas just a few hours before our flight which was very chaotic.
