Canopy by Hilton Washington DC Bethesda North

From the valet staff who greet you at the front door to the rest of the team who took care of us throughout the stay, this was an awesome experience. We stayed here for our son’s wedding in October and they did not disappoint. The team was welcoming and helpful the entire time. I will never forget the way they supported my wheelchair boundmom. They went above and beyond for us. The suite was clean and nicely appointed, with a highly functional layout. We definitely felt like we got what we paid for and more. I felt like I was at home. As for the surrounding area (very nice, too), it’s conveniently located next to several restaurants and shops, most within walking distance or a short drive. I highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again.

Positive: Clean and quiet. Everything was in great condition. Negative: Yes - please get rid of the Nespresso machine and replace it with coffee. Also, both of the associates at the check in desk were VERY soft spoken. I asked them several times to repeat what they were saying, and they continued to speak very softly.

I have always loved this hotel. It is cheap but has good amenities, good decor, clean updated bathrooms. My only issue is the barn doors. So annoying. Then we were given a connecting room, which was fine until the last day when someone else moved into the other room. We could hear their entire Conversation. I am sure they could hear ours. I am just glad we checked out that day otherwise I would have requested a move. My only advice for them would be 1. Reduce the prices at Hello Betty and make them do better room service; 2. Bring back the small things like the canopy socks! 3. Have more consistent housekeeping. I noticed they did not clean the room the first day and half way did the next day.

Canopy North Bethesda is our favorite staycation spot close to home, and we return from time to time because it never disappoints. The rooms are always spotless, the location is perfect, and the amenities are consistently amazing.|This stay, however, was truly exceptional thanks to TJ and Bri. We ran into some difficulties with a third-party booking, and they worked diligently to make sure everything was handled with care and that our stay was seamless. Their professionalism, patience, and genuine kindness did not go unnoticed.|They even went above and beyond by offering us a complimentary taste of Betty’s Crush, which we fell in love with after the first sip—so much so that we ordered more through room service. All of the staff was very friendly and the room was very comfortable (Although it could’ve used another small rug or two on the concrete floor). This canopy is located in the middle of a very friendly clean walkable neighborhood. Some good shopping and lots of good food. The photo was from our sixth-floor window.
