K Park RV

This place is pretty awesome . Management communicates very well. And very informative. It's a small and quite. People mind their own business. And if you do have an issue with anything. Their pretty good at taking care of it. I'm trying to think of some negatives about this place. Cuz no place is perfect, but this place is pretty damn close. If your here to stay or just passing through come check it out. You won't regret it.

Cute little spot. Kinda makes me want to make my own RV park. I am a licensed CAM so Maybe I am day dreaming. Nice little river, spots are spaced out nicely so you are not on top of your neighbors. To owner - if need some pointers on property management reach out.

Called the park to find out if they have any openings. The gentleman told me they have an opening starting April 1st for 90 days. (Called on March 16t).He told me to send him my infos by text so his bookkeeper Connie will get in contact with me shortly. The same night Connie emailed me the application and asked for $50 fee per person for a background check. Send her back the application 2 days later with the $100 fee. Meanwhile I called her twice in 2 days to get more details about the site, localization etc...( she works from home).She always replied to my texts or phone calls until she got the money. Few days passed and I texted her to get an update on my application and she texted back saying the site is taken and nothing is available anymore. I tried o called her and go straight to vo

Checked in 27 April. Park has 17 spots on a canal. 3 decks for relaxing or fishing is located on bus route to get you to Marco Island public beach, shopping and good eats. MARRIOTT is next door to the public beach, of course it has it's own beach and pool. K park is less than 1/4 mile from the humungous Super WalMart on rt 41. Park is neat, clean, pet friendly, quiet. May not leave LOL!!!!!

Nice smaller park for seasonal stay in Florida, great people working for the park and very nice helpful neighbors, Decent prices and good location, walmart 2 minutes away other good food places within 5 minutes.
