Judith Mountain Lodge

Took our out of town son to dinner. Appetizers were really good, tho slow in coming. Received our steaks and we're really disappointed, especially when we were told the meat came directly from Nicole Wines' processing center at Eddie's Corner. The cook was well done, we asked for med rare. My filet mignon tasted freezer burned and was really tough. My husband and son tried it and both said it tasted like an old roast. Their ribeyes were not much better. Very disappointed as we have had excellent meals there in past years. What happened to the place??

Stayed over memorial day weekend. I had to walk into the kitchen to find someone to check me in. Everyone's check in sheets with their private info and keys were laying on the bar, which is a huge invasion of privacy. My brother, whom I was in town visiting, was with me and my girlfriend upon check in. The lady informed us that the room was for 2 people, not 3😂. Obviously, having company is frowned upon. When my sister in law also arrived with their kids, again, visiting us so we could eat and hike, the manager started hollering from below asking who they were. No microwave or fridge in the room, which was no big deal, but it would have been nice. I felt like the staff was very rude and watching us the whole time like we were doing something wrong. On the plus side the bed was super comfy,

Jennifer helped us secure 2 nights instead of the original 1, she went above to make our stay great. Location is fantastic. Rooms rustic but clean and comfortable food was OK cheese cake fantastic Jim Beam and coke perfect would definitely stay again, would not even look elsewhere

We came up for a wedding and the staff was great. Our room was very nice and we will be back! Food was very good as well! Great location!

My son and I needed a place to crash after his wrestling tournament and we are thrilled we stumbled across this laid back gem. The accommodations were clean and beautiful, and the staff made us feel like we were visiting a friend's home. The warm fireplace in the restaurant and the delicious continental breakfast really topped it off and made us wish we were staying longer. Highly recommended, especially considering the reasonable price.
