Jet Luxury @ The Signature Condo Hotel

I honestly don't get the antipathy for this property. My experience, from end to end, was nearly as good as it gets. The room itself was spacious, tastefully appointed, had more amenities than I had a chance to use. Meanwhile, the larger hotel and sprawling casino, spa, pool, etc. all felt exclusive and never chaotic or over-populated. ||The complaint I've seen repeatedly is that this property is owned and managed separately from the MGM property within which it is embedded. This only came into play once for me--when I wanted to extend my original stay by a day, reserved the room online, and then found that the hotel front desk could not place me in the room I was already occupying. Beautiful views, spacious room. Don’t drink the water bottles, it’s the same water they use in the jails. I was drunk and dehydrated and I drank some and it was so bad. Also the bedding had a very funny smell. Idk if this is one of those places where they don’t wash the sheets if they don’t have to or what but ew. Based off of that idk how clean this room is as a whole. I would just pay a little more to book the same room with better quality things directly from Signature. I usually book with Signature but I thought I’d give this a try. I’d rather stay in a room I know is clean.

Jet Luxury definitely has some really strong potential to be an amazing hotel but there were a couple hiccups when I stayed there. First off, I liked that the hotel wasn't on the strip so I could kind of have a quiet place to rest when I wasn't wanting the hustle and bustle of nighttime vegas. I did walk the strip every night though and it was a short about 10-15 minute walk to the middle of everything so it wasn't bad at all. The room was very spacious, had a fridge, microwave, stove, TV, etc which was GREAT. The view was of the airport so something different than people watching the strip. I loved the jet tub BUT when I used it a bunch of seeds and like soap scum kept coming out from the jets and the filter? I had to keep rinsing the tub but after over 30 seeds, a ring of soap scum, and

This place has a great location adjacent to the MGM grand. The rooms are a little dated, but clean. There are 3 towers so just like most Vegas hotels there a massive amount of rooms. For the price I paid through Priceline it was a savings of about $600/ night. So Im giving it 4 stars and would stay there again. The workout room in tower 1 is really nice with plenty of equipment.

Just know that you are in for no service. They charged deposits on booking.com AND at the condo. Still haven't been reimbursed 2 weeks later. They don't pick up trash even. No clean towels unless you pay $30 for another set. Booked 2 rooms together and got rooms in 2 different towers! And they refused to change that. So we all tried to sleep in one room cause how am I gonna have my kids in another building 🙃. The rooms are not incredibly clean. Better off booking on the strip for less. Several rooms keys just didn't work at all. Got stuck in the elevator. Had to go back to lobby for new keys.
