Jericho Motel

Horrible motel owner is a cheat. Never gave me back my change. Roaches in bathroom

When I called they stated they had rooms and that they DID accept us having our baby with us. When I arrived not only were they extremely rude they told me that they did not accept having kids there when they saw me with my baby (ironically he was the one that told me on the phone). So I go back to my car and my keys unfortunately were locked in. Luckily I had child with me, purse and phone. I go back in to ask if I could stay in their lobby until the tow truck arrived given that it was 20 degrees outside and they said no. I ended up waiting at the Edgewood motel next door. They even brought me a chair and made sure that I did indeed get the help I needed to get back in my vehicle. Avoid the Jericho Motel if possible!

October '23: first time going there, it was ok; room was decent, don't know about the service because I didn't go inside. May '24: tried to go here, guy on the phone was hard to understand and kinda rude, but still tried in person. Got there, it was the same guy at the desk and he was VERY rude. He said they didn't have any rooms, held up a 'no vacancy ' sign, told us to leave and was just rude as hell; I won't be trying there again.

I give it 4 stars due to location and cleanliness. For a motel they are very nice and front desk is always helpful and informative. They don't rush you when your stay is up they give you a good interval between calls to see if you would like a longer stay or need assistance from them. If anything extra is needed in the room they provide no problem and fast. Parking lot is extremely small so watch your side view mirrors and doors when parking and go very slowly
