Inn At Jericho

The room was musty and uncomfortable. An older man was sitting right outside my door smoking and coughing all night long. Between the smoke and the noise, it was impossible to sleep. The walls are paper thin, so you hear everything. To make matters worse, there was no hot water in the shower in the morning. Overall, it was a pretty unpleasant experience and not somewhere I would stay again.

I think most of the good reviews on here are fake. This place is disgusting and you won't be able to sleep. Homeless people and apparent drug activity in the parking lot. People say it's clean? Do they think it's clean because the stench of pine sol or some other toxic cleaner is overwhelming? Seriously, you won't be able to breathe due to this odor, and you will have forever chemicals in your lungs, well, forever. The lock on my door did not fully engage and therefore could have been opened from the outside. I alerted the couldn't care less front deck person to this issue, and, well, he couldn't care less. Offered me another room. Checked out that room, and it stunk even more (if that's possible), one of the locks on that door was broken too and it was a first floor room. So made my way

At check in gave us room keys that couldn’t open the door and we tried 4x, then got a room that was already occupied. And it took a while to get into a room. Manager took 0 responsibility and minimized the bad situation. I am very angry and dissatisfied with the staff and how my situation was handled. Will not be returning!!

Positive: "" Negative: Bathroom was dirty. Shower and floors full of hair. I called the front desk and they had no accommodations and said house keeping was gibe for the day. I asked for extra towels and the said the same thing

Absolute last resort! Was the only reasonable priced room in the area. It was surface clean, but definitely needs updating. I found the area hotels extremely overpriced. Came in to see Frankie Valli, won't be back unless Frank Sinatra comes to town!
