JB's RV Park & Campground

Shower up fairly late and was able to get hustled out of 30$ just to park my Subaru and sleep in it for one night. Woke up at around 4am and went over to the “bathrooms” the main cubicle was locked and boarded up and they have a dinky little travel trailer bathroom station set up with absolutely no toilet paper anywhere in any of the stalls. Unfortunately had to trash those socks. Also wished they had somewhere to wash my hands after I relieved myself so I don’t get dysentery. Made my way back over to the car and promptly vomited for about 10 minutes due to the stinky bathrooms and whole situation.

This park is definitely not the Hyatt of RV parks, but it had everything we needed to enjoy our time in Ocean Shores. The movable fire pit was a nice feature, and we had a good deal of space. The front desk service was great as they answered all of my questions. The atmosphere was calm. We didn't use the bathroom or showers, so I can't comment on it.

The tent camping is what it is for $30 a night; but there are some pretty glaring problems here. Burn bans, check-in times, and quiet hours are NOT enforced. Yellow jackets run rampant. The worst of the worst people will come in at midnight, swearing at their kids, not even TRY to be quiet about it, and talk until 3 AM some times with no pushback from the office. This is my wife’s and my experience twice now. If you’re a light sleeper like me, hate being swarmed by bees 24/7, and just want a relaxing weekend at the beach, get a hard sided trailer with noise canceling headphones or go elsewhere.

$30 for a camping spot (which to be fair is right near the beach) with no table, a disgusting bathroom with no tp, and we saw a coyote in the empty spot next to us and heard them howling all night.
