Jay Peak Vacation Rentals

I stayed with Sarita and her husband at the Coach House as a travel nurse. I have been on the road for a little over 8 months now and can confidently say this was the best stay I have had in that time. Well supplied with everything you need, towels, blankets, cooking utensils. They were very accommodating and for the first time in my travels my children and husband were able to stay for an extended time with me. The neighbors were all friendly and accepting, very comfortable atmosphere. I will definitely be planning another trip up to see and stay with them again. Small town America at its best.

Staying at the Coachhouse in Montgomery Center was a phenomenal experience for my group of friends. Not only was the apartment very clean and well equipped with extra pillows, blankets, and towels, but Sarita was more than kind in helping us with any problems we might have. I highly recommend staying at the Coachhouse as it is fair in price and very close to Jay Peak if you are skiing.

I've used Jay Peak Vacation Rentals for the past 5 seasons staying at a number of their properties, for the past 3 years repeatedly in Greenshades over MLK and Presidents day weekends. Sarita with Jay Peak Vacation Rentals has always been accommodating to us (usually 10-25 person group), the houses and apartments have always been well equipped, if there's ever been an issue she's been available immediately to help provide a resolution and is a pleasure to deal with! We look forward to seeing you later in the season and in 2019!

We have rented condos on ski resorts all over the US and this was not a good trip. First I made the reservation on the phone and spoke to an actual person to find the right accommodations. They must not have really listened to me about our family of 4- 2 adutls and two grown children when I arrived I had two junior passes which were converted to adult passes with a large price tag. When we arrived the package info was rattled off so quickly I didn't realize the ski pass info and had to go back to sign a new "reg" card. I heard the term "reg" card that I signed so many times it finally sunk in what it was; the registration paper you signed and initialed was clearly for 2 adults and 2 juniors.
