Jake's RV Park

Terrible place to stay. Extreme cold weather this January 26th . Will last about 2 weeks up until February. The management turns the water off without notice. Trains are very loud all the time. The neighbor takes his big dog outside. Large feces all over the place. They finally fixed the pot holes. Laundromat around the corner. But all the dryers are broke. Some of the renters have vehicles that make loud noise at 300an every night. This place should be reported to the Dept. Of public health

Very good helpful manager (I believe he is also the owner) when the neighbors were with the music on full blast he'd go & asked them to lower it down. I think 400$ per month was a reasonable price, there was a laundromat next door & a convenience store, & the Wi-Fi was okay. The lots themselves weren't all that they were just rocks with no pavements which is a con. But the absolute worst part of this park was the train ALL day every single day every 2-4 hours it would pass & it was right across the street so I couldn't even sleep. Oh & something was up with the sewer system because only in this rv park the sewer was split with the neighbors line so we'd share the same port it was absolutely the most disgusting smell when you'd empty your tank.

Felt like home...enjoy staying here... The owner and I could sit ..and talk for hours...

Jake’s RV Park is the BEST place you can stay!! The owners are hands down the most amazing people! They really go out of their way to help! He actually stayed up half the night to meet us just to park our RV! I wouldn’t stay anywhere else!!!

Nice small rv park, centrally located. Easy to get to n not far from anything you need, owner is awesome... personal is very helpful. Price is not bad and sports are huge compared to most RV places around.
