The Hostess and Host were great, stayed in the cottage and was very clean, very nice beds, and quiet. Had some special treats for us when we checked in, and those were over the moon. When we go back will see about staying there again.

Nice place. Very clean and well kept property. Very friendly host. Breakfast was quite nice with homemade cinnamon rolls. Cold drinks always available. Very convenient location. Relax with Wi-Fi but no TV. Unit three is probably the least convenient as it on a lower level with a ground level unit above. You can hear footsteps from above and a stairway to the breakfast area. Nice size room with comfortable beds.

If we could rate our stay and correspondence a “10” we would! Naomi was so pleasant both on the phone while making our reservation as well as in person. We had to change our dates due to the impending Hurricane Helene possibly coming through our area. She was very sympathetic and accommodating.||The home was pristine and gleaming. I believe we could have eaten on the floor. She provided us delightful cinnamon rolls on our first morning as well as jams, milk, fruit, cereal, coffee,waters and bread. The beds were so comfy. We slept very nicely both nights. The home was very well furnished and stocked with plenty of towels and bedding. This B&B is very clean and well kept and the hosts are very friendly. It is close to the attractions in Berlin. A continental breakfast is provided, and there are also plenty of restaurants in the area.

Extremely convenient location. Super quick response time. Very friendly welcome. I especially appreciated that the listed price is the actual price!! No tacked on room fees, cleaning fees, etc. Beautiful grounds and convenient communal kitchen.
