Jackson Mountain Rentals

Rented for 4 days for a Thanksgiving family gathering. ordered a per-cooked meal for 10, picked up and preceded to house. Refrigerator out, tv, fireplace, dvd and ceiling fan not working. Left food outside and spoiled. Hundreds of dead and living beetles and stink bug around windows, cleaned with broom and dust pan. Had technicians out for 3 days in a row on a four day trip. They said I would be reimbursed after leaving. After contacting a number of times....they reimbursed me for on issues for $160. The pre-order meal for 10 was $224...Beware they respond and tell you what you want to here from a reputable company..but rely, 3 days stuck waiting for techs and the loss of a $224 meal and only $160 reimbursed. Pray that you have no problems. We called it The National Lampoon Chevy Chase Vac

We rented this cabin for the weekend in tennessee. The pet dander was so bad we had to check out early. There was Fur all over the furniture and all over the blankets. There were dust, bunnies and cobwebs all throughout the cabin. Looked like it hadn't been thoroughly cleaned in a long time. I was told I could not get a refund, and there was nothing they could do about it accepts ten someone to try to clean it while we were staying there. I would absolutely not recommend this cabin rental as I also had travelers insurance and could not use it. The cleanliness was horrible. We will not be staying here again.

My husband and I stayed at “Hugs and Kisses” cabin, it was so cozy and welcoming. The cabin was clean and very well maintained and the swan towels on the bed were adorable! The pool table and hot tub were awesome, the community of cabins was also clean and well maintained. They had places to take your dog to go to the bathroom which was wonderful, it’s a challenge to watch our dog attempt to balance herself on the side of a mountain. We weren’t very far from Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge, a grocery store less than a mile away. The booking and check out process with them was easy and straightforward, rules very well explained. We will definitely be booking with them again! Thank you for the beautiful cabin!

Our family of 4 stayed at "Dreams & Streams" cabin. The cabin was perfectly tucked away with a great view of the mountains. It was almost dark when we arrived, but the lighting was so helpful when unloading our car. The walkway leading up to the cabin was well lite and the lighting surrounding the cabin helped us to see at night! The cabin was so cozy and perfect for our family. We felt relaxed and comfortable the entire time. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can't wait to go back!

The cabin was perfect, everything was super clean & beds very comfortable. The kids room with the bunk beds is perfect for anyone with a family. We will be back definitely with our kiddos & mother in law because there's so much room. The outside deck & outside fireplace & grill was so nice and the hot tub all of these was right there with the most beautiful view. I could stay there forever.
