Israel River Campground

It was a nice experience for the whole family. The kids loved the pool. Husband loved the hot tub. Super nice, friendly environment. Lots of campers and seasonal campers. If your looking to get away from society, this it not the campground for you. I have nothing negative to say. Edit: I should have stated, I was impressed with the woman's bathrooms (didn't see the men's) Very clean, well kept. Nice showers.

This is my most favorite campground close to home! The amenities are awesome. The owner is very nice! The bathroom is always clean! The sites are spacious and it's relaxing there! I was just there this weekend and can't wait to go back!!

Check in was quick and easy.|Our site was almost level and had a nice fire pit.|Lots of seasonal campers and a few transient sites.|Most of the seasonal campers and their sites were nice and well taken care of and a few others could use some TLC.|The store was well stocked with typical stuff.|The people we met were really nice.|The pool was really nice but closed.|The bathroom and showers were really in need of a lot of work. Very rustic and old. While the shower pressure and temperature were just right.|Not sure we’ll be back.

We had a wonderful stay! Perfect location in the White Mountains with the bike trail right at the doorstep. The owner was incredibly friendly and helpful. We’ll definitely be back!

We stopped over while doing an bike ride on the Cross New Hampshire Adventure Trail on a rainy day. The tenting sites were well set up (not always true for RV focused campgrounds). The camp staff went out of their well to be pleasant and helpful. The facilities were clean and well maintained and the location in the heart of the Presidentials just can't be beat.
