Island Park Lodge

This place is a hidden gem! It's smaller than most all the motels in the area. But its big in location, cleanliness, and is oh so quaint. All amenities are updated; It has slower pace feel to it. with that said when you have a need it is meet with professional courtesy with promptness. Very reasonably priced, the only down fall is that breakfast in not included. They do have a breakfast buffet, but we elected to forgo it and just get food elsewhere. This place was awesome! Cool little hotel, also offering cabins. This was a very well maintained hotel/lodge. Everything appears to have been recently updated and very nicely do also. Comfortable and clean. Gas station, grocery 1 block away. Also a small restaurant not included but a breakfast buffet daily. Nice Rustic little place would stay there again without question.

We stayed at this hotel because it was not too far outside the Yellowstone National Park and we could stay there for a reasonable cost. When we got there, we were greeted with a really cute and quaint rustic looking motel with huge amazing flower pots outside of each door. It was quite welcoming. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Very rustic decor. . The beds had soft mattresses, but were comfortable. The only real complaint that we had was that the room was hot but when we turned on the air-conditioning unit, it was quite loud. Other than that, it was well worth the money spent to be that close to the park. I would stay again.

The cutest place to stay in Island Park! It was a perfect location for all of our activities and even had a gas station and grocery store in the same lot. The rooms were very clean and spacious. Lots of outlets, seating, and tables. The hotel staff were very hospitable and nice. My only complaint would be that a full length mirror would be nice to have in the room itself, otherwise we had a wonderful time!

The only flaw that we saw was in the restaurant attached to the hotel. The food was not prepared very well. And for the prices that they were charging for the food it should have been better. I don't mind paying high prices for high quality but it just didn't feel that way. Other than that the service and the place itself was wonderful. Even the people in the restaurant were wonderful. They just need to step up the food quality and they will have some kind of good hotel!
