We had problems with our room from have little water pressure, to have mold in the bathroom. And when we went to the front desk to tell them about the water pressure he said he would check it and told us that the housekeeper would bring us fresh towels and we never got any clean towels

When you walk into the room it looks nice and pretty everything smell good we're putting stuff in the fridge and found a dead cockroach there and then when I was getting ready to take a bath there was a dead cockroach in the back bottom of the bathtub manager about it said there was nothing they can do for me. They wouldn't switch me rooms and nothing told me all he can do is tomorrow night moving to a different place I'm not satisfied with that answer if I don't know what else I can do about it so

Hallway carpet was old and smelly. Rooms, which had laminate flooring, were not much better. Musty smell everywhere. Our AC didn't work, so we were switched to another room.
