Island Gulf Resort

Beautiful location. The prettiest beach I have ever been to. Island Gulf Resort is a very nice hotel. The room was great and it was very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only thing that could be better is the television situation. An investment of modern smart tv's with all of modern perks would make the stay chef's kiss perfect.

The place was nice to stay at. Rooms were ok. After you stay here, they will harass you and call multiple times a day from different numbers each time so you cannot block them. When asked to be removed from their list and to not call again they say they can’t guarantee that.

this is a 4 story building. each end unit is a one queen bedroom/one bathroom with a full kitchen. the 4 center units are 2 story lofts with king bed and two full bathrooms.. the 2 bedroom units are on the road side of building. no balcony and noisy. your car parks under the building which is nice for sun protection. elevator. bbqs. the pool is a very large hot tub. there are lounges on the beach for free use to patrons.it has been renovated in the past year with new laminate flooring, fresh draperies and bedding. some new furniture. all in all this is a very comfortable building. the balconies face a beautiful beach which is a great walking beach. safe area and lots of walk to restaurants. staff is very helpful and price is good for weekly or monthly rentals.

Loved the stay. Will return but I did not like 10:am checkout time. Seems the industry is stealing time from us patrons with 4:pm check ins and now 10:am check out plus pool closed and wasn't made aware. Still the room was up to par for sure.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Balcony overlooking the gulf and hearing the waves is priceless. Great family friendly beach, and the accommodations were great.
