InTown Suites Extended Stay Salt Lake City UT - Woods Cross

The staff is among the best! Always offering a smile and happy to answer questions or help. I had an issue with the toilet constantly running. Within 15 minutes maintenance was checking it out. The toilet was completely fixed within 1/2 an hour. I am very impressed with the cleanliness of the room. I will definitely recommend family and friends book their stay here!!

I am so impressed! First day me and my kids were welcomed with kindness, caring, uplifted. House keepers are so welcoming and also embraced my kids!! Hotel is super clean and felt like home with great people and staff!! I am grateful I chose staying here!! Makes me not want to leave!! ❤️

I decided to stay here while I look for another apartment. I stayed here once before years ago while looking for an apartment also. I’m disabled from a Traumatic Brain Injury and suffer from short term memory loss. I got confused with a few major things and Michelle went above and beyond to help me get things back on track. I’m not one to do reviews on things, but I’m so grateful for her being patient with me and helping me the way she did that I feel obligated to give her more recognition than my many, ‘Thank You(s)’. She’s a manager that be managing! She made a somewhat bad situation much better for me. I’ve noticed that not knowing how to communicate with her could lead to a different outcome! Lol. Anyway, Thanks again Management!!!

Drove all the way from Texas and hadn't been to this area ever the staff here at Intown suites Wood Cross was amazing. Always made sure everything was nice and clean and very friendly upfront. Jill was amazing, Highly recommended

We stayed here before and never should have left! They are so amazing. Staff, especially Ms Jill is awesome and super helpful. Everything is always clean and quiet. Feels like home. Food and shopping of all sorts within a mile or 2.
