InTown Suites Extended Stay Carrollton TX - Westgrove Drive

Intown Suites is my first choice when staying away from home for a period of time. It's location is very convenient for all my needs. The staff is amazing. Ms. Kathy is very helpful and professional. The rooms are well maintained. I do enjoy my stay every time.

Please if you love your family don’t come here. Don’t even think about staying a week. They never clean. They love growing mold. Give you blood stains sheets. The want you to do all the clean. They make you pay a late fee. They let people smoke outside their room. This place is a non smoking room.

I'm not sure when they did the upgrades but the premium rooms are great. It's small, but for 1 or 2 people, perfect! The weekly price is equal or better than other extended stays. The difference is the property is kept nice, the laundry facilities kept clean, the staff more than hepful, plenty of cabinet space. Two downsides. Pets not allowed. I understand, but hard being away from my dogs. And 2, Braums is in walking distance. Think I've gained 10 lbs. I would recommend to all of my friends and family!

Anyone giving this place more than 2 stars is a bold faced liar, or their standards of living are in hell. The manager and the maintenance man are utterly deplorable people. They think they can yell at people and talk to people with a nasty tone of voice whenever you have a complaint. The staff is combative overall and incompetent. I don’t allow them to disrespect my family. For this, I am threatened with being “put out”. The maintenance man is over 6 foot tall and likes to argue with women. Take your money to Budget Suites or stay with family/friends. Do anything but staying at this location. After you check in, they will raise your bill without warning. We dealt with that as well.

The manager Kathy is Superior. She is accommodating and actually cares about her tenants. Rooms are clean and shockingly this place is the quietest motel I have ever been to. Thanks again Katherine
