Courtyard by Marriott Dallas Carrollton and Carrollton Conference Center

This is an absolutely awful property and I would never stay here again. First, I paid for a king suit. I got a handicap room. No warning it was one when I booked. Everything is super low down including mirrors, the closet bar is so low my suit jacket drags on the dirty carpet when hung up. The roll in shower floods the entire bathroom. It’s also old and corroded and filthy. My room overlooks a parking lot where noisy construction and heavy equipment bangs about all day. There was some random high pitched noise in the hallway (smoke alarm malfunction?) while I was on a work call in the afternoon. The front desk staff last night weren’t welcoming or informative. There is no water in the room. The toilet paper might as well be paper bags it’s so scratchy. The room was not cleaned today even t

We stayed here from Thurs-Sun and our stay was great! The staff were attentive, friendly, and helpful! The hotel is nicely kept and the convention center is really large and nice. The room we stayed in was clean, large, and conveniently laid out. The pool was nice, but it needs to be skimmed and vacuumed regularly and it does need more upkeep, but it wasn’t bad. The bar was very convenient too. Oskar, the bartender made great recommendations and made some great drinks! The bistro in the morning and the snack store were also nice touches! When we come back to Carrollton we will be staying here.

We attended a work conference here. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The food they provided during the conference was great and the service was even better.

We really enjoyed our birthday. The room had a most lovely scent when entering our room. The room was airy fresh and crispy. Linens and bed was soft and comfy. Hotel was clean and still had that new smell to it. Staff was really nice and welcoming. Hotel was located very close to everything we wanted and needed.

Short stay for business but food and drinks were great. service was great, especially Elisha McGregor, Front Office Manager. She was super nice, helpful and chipped in when the Bistro was short-handed. Great job Elisha !
