InTown Suites Extended Stay Atlanta GA - Lilburn

I have been living there for a little over a month and I'll be leaving tomorrow as my need has been met. I have had a pretty good experience with them staff was always kind when I spoke with them, pretty nice room, on site laundry that is not expensive at all was a definite plus, all and all a good experience. One thing I had was I was under the impression they replace the towel and rags provided however, housekeeping never took and replaced them. That could have been me being incorrect on the processes but that's the only problem I had and its very very small. If you need a place to be for a couple weeks its definitely a great price I thank them very much for the kindness and cleanliness of the property.

I've stayed here at Intown Suites says, "Where value is extended is their theme song." That's a lie! I have been at this location for almost two years. I first learned that Georgia did not consider these "Extended Stay" facilities as residences. I first came to this property over a year ago. So, it was hard for me to get a decent job. Nothing they do is about the customer. I have paid my room in advance for a month over the last year. Intown is playing dumb like they don't see my payments even when you point them right to the payments on a bank statement. I'm disappointed in this company as they seem to operate under the cloak of, it is all about the company. I am a business student and have peeked into their operation. The rooms are comfortable, depending on the layout you can get more shelf space and storage. The prices are good as well, and compared to others pretty cheap. The service is GREAT, the manager miss Tracy is awesome. The bus stop is directly across the street with plenty of shopping and food options. I cant complain.

I really love it here! The property manager here is so nice; when we ask her to do things for our room, she immediately sends someone to get it done. The cleaning lady is also nice; she's very polite and respectful. We ask her to wash our towels or clean our bedroom or even just mop it, and she always comes. I love the friendly zone they have here. Thanks for making us feel safe and welcome.

I stayed here several times within the years last being around 2021. I must say its a huge difference all around starting at the office and the great up grades with the rooms . It feels like you're at home, great job!
