I rarely write negative reviews, but in this case, I feel compelled to share my experience due to the complete lack of professionalism and customer service I encountered at this property. I had a reservation for a 7-night stay, which I confirmed over the phone while traveling from Florida. I disclosed that I would be bringing an ESA and was assured this would not be an issue with proper documentation. I also provided my expected arrival time (7:15 PM) and was told someone would be available to check me in. Upon arrival, the lobby was locked and unattended. The posted lobby phone did not connect to the after-hours assistance line. I used my personal phone to reach someone named Norman, who identified himself as the property attendant.
