InterContinental Minneapolis - St. Paul Airport

We had an early morning international flight so we stayed over at the Intercontinental. Since we only had carry on bags, we were able to use TSA check in from the hotel right into Concourse C, then took the tram back to the main terminal. The room was very nice, and looked out to the airport taxiways. It felt very upscale considering we were only in the lobby, room, hallway and TSA gate. Everything was very clean. I heard one plane take off but that was before the evening news was even on. It made it very convenient to get to the airport and make sure we were there in plenty of time to catch our flight. We will definitely stay again when we have early morning flights.

After 5-hour delay and listening to screaming kids clueless parents and people with phony service dogs finally got to the hotel. Easy to get to inside the MSP Airport. Friendly staff at check in no upgrades available they were sold out due to the weather and canceled flights however the rooms are very comfortable nice large bathroom for getting ready the color scheme in the rooms of furniture and the view of the runway sets you up for you restful stay. Headed downstairs for a nightcap Michelle was on duty at the lobby bar and provided wonderful service there. They have a adequate workout room there is no pool. Due to the weather I ended up staying on site for meals which was a good thing their menu is not extensive but the food is good breakfast is a bright spot in the team there gets

I'm very late in my review but here goes. I came into town the beginning of November and was wanting to book for a full week but there was one day they could not find a spot for me. Mikayla and Aaron at the front desk found a cancellation for me last minute when I was sitting at the bar and they had even steered me away from some of the other hotels that were a little rough. I was very happy to stay in one spot my entire visit. Miria and Barb in the restaurant were amazing. We had breakfast with them a couple of mornings and really enjoyed talking to them. Great servers and very attentive. Riley served us in the evening and he was also very quick to jump for our needs. All of the people in the hotel were very very nice. Best place to stay if you have an early flight the next morning. The jet bridge is open now and it makes it so convenient, as long as your traveling with a carry on bag. The rooms are clean and always fresh. I enjoy this location for its convenience.
