Inn By the River

Our stay was amazing. The staff was awesome! The Inn is older but our room was clean, king size bed and best of all was the jacuzzi tub after a long day of riding. Dinner and breakfast was great too. The bartender/waiter was so kind and friendly. He gave great suggestions on the trails and local offerings. He told us about the B52 plance crash site that we snowmobiled to thanks so his recommendation! Perfect trip and stay at the Inn! Can't wait till next time. Thank you to the entire staff!

Stayed here for three nights in order to go fishing. The food here is top notch not just restaurant pub food. The Inn is quiet and homey and the rooms are comfortable and clean. There is a porch on which to sit and watch the Kennebec River flow by. Staff is ultra friendly and service great. Anything that you came to The Forks to do is close by---float trips, tubing, fishing, snowmobiling, hiking.

My husband and I loved our stay at Inn By The River. The Inn was clean, and cozy. The owners are a very nice couple who make you feel at home. Their staff members were all friendly and attentive to all the guests. The location for snowmobiling was perfect with easy access to many destinations, and we really enjoyed having a wonderful dinner when we returned in the evening. Their food is delicious! We are already planning our next trip!

What a wonderful place to stay! We came to The Forks to snowmobile and decided to stay here. The staff were very accommodating even let us check in early so we could start riding. The food was delicious! Great 2 days! We would definitely stay again!

We had a great time staying at Inn By The River Owners are great and mix with every one that stops in. So easy to talk with and fun to be with. Room was great spacious very clean. Love waking up in the morning and looking out at the many deer that come to visit. Definitely my favorite place to stay in the Forks 💙
