Always an amazing time staying at Moxie Gore Outfitters! Located across the street from Moxie Gore Falls which is a beautiful and easy place to hike! Just down the street from Lake Moxie which is an amazing place to kayak. Close to many great restaurants and other activities! Cabins are super comfy and have everything you could possibly need for a weekend, week or longer! Kerri and Joe are super friendly! Will definitely be going back!

Cabin was really nice; the loft was huge. Everything was clean, functional, beds comfortable, and had great charm. They provided towels and the kitchen was well equipped with cooking utensils, from pots, pans coffee maker and microwave. We loved how its secluded but close to all the river activities and trails. This was the perfect cabin to chill with the family and the dogs.

Absolutely fantastic spot, perfect for a family (we're a family of 5) to stay a couple nights when whitewater rafting on the Kennebec. Pam and Ken are genuine hosts, the cabin (we had No. 3) was spotless and its amenities were just right. Thumbs up.

I booked all 5 cabins at C Moxie Gore for a large group this summer. We have rented there for almost 10 years, every summer. We are 5 families and our kids. Even though I was booked and a deposit was made back in March, I got a vml saying 2 cabins are now being used by family and we cannot have them. I was told it is a "family emergency". What sort of emergency requires 2 cabins deep in the woods of central Maine? C Moxie left us without a place to stay just 2 weeks before our trip. I have asked the owner to call me to discuss repeatedly. I have been told they will call me later in the day 3 times now via text and finally today sent me a message saying they will not call me at all as we have "nothing to discuss, family comes first". Perfect place to rent a cabin for a snowmobile trip. Located right off ITS 86/87 the cabin was warm, clean, and comfortable. The owners are friendly and easy to work with.
