Great place to stay the night. Check in was fast at 5 pm around that time Hotel was quiet which was a surprise considering the other reviews. Beds were actually comfy slept pretty well. Water pressure in shower was great, water was hella hot when turned. Breakfast spot was legit right across the street and you could just go to Rockaway beach as well right after

Very convenient location. Beautiful views. Amazing staff! Definitely coming back here! I want to mention Alex and I wish I had asked her name who was working at the desk earlier on 01/22. Their kindness and knowledge was outstanding and made the stay feel welcoming. They deserve a raise! :)

This place gets a high mark for having a fabulous location. One short block from the waterfront, small shops and restaurants nearby. The owners/staff were very friendly and super helpful and tried hard to be accommodating. The room was spacious by quite sparse and especially comfortable. Bed was well past it's prime. It was fairly clean although quite tired and worn. Floor in room had deep grooves in it. The area was quiet and overall the hotel was. We happened to have the bad luck of having very noisy guests above us. The single amenity is that they sold some small bottles of wine/alcohol in the lobby. There is no laundry. There is a single small, creaky old elevator for the entire place. Broke down once during our 10 day stay. I required an elevator so it was an issue. Price was com

The hotel was easily accessible from the HWY. It was in a decent location , very close to the beach and other little shops.The receptionist was very helpful when we needed help with the TV. Room was tidy, spacious. Parking is limited. You can purchase safe parking near the hotel, for $15 but theres probably like 20 spots to choose from, or else just enjoy street parking.Otherwise, very nice and perfect for small families.

We were a party of 5 adults. We had room 306 Deluxe Queen Room with Sofa bed, with an ocean view. It says twin sofa bed but it's actually larger maybe just short of full size. 2 small people or children will fit comfortably. Room had a TV, microwave, mini refrigerator, Keurig coffee maker, iron and ironing board. There was an A/C and heating unit but we did not need to use it. We enjoyed our stay, room was adequate and spacious enough for all of us. The TV was a good size with a swivel mount so we could position it for all to see and it had plenty of channels to watch. Check in went fast for me, just confirmed reservation, checked my ID , placed a card on file, gave me my FREE parking passes and keys. I don't think it took more than 10 minutes to get checked in.
