Inn at Octagon Acres

The owners were very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean. Amenities such as microwave, refrigerator were in the room. very nice quality. Coffee/tea in the lobby - complimentary. Quick ride to downtown. approx 15 minutes. The sheets were synthetic so they kept the heat in. I prefer cotton sheets. Lots of comfy pillows. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable but did the job. The sheets and bed were the reason I have the 4 star. I would definitely go back and stay.

After a long trip from Massachusetts it was so nice to walk into an immaculate room and kick our shoes off. This was the 'basic motel room' but with everything new and sparkly and perfect. Everything was ready for us and looked exactly as the picture in the ad. Nice branded shampoo/conditioner/bath soaps and hair drier. Our room was in the back and looked out to the mountain. It was very quiet. We had a our small dog with us and there was plenty of room for her crate. Coffee from pods in the lobby gave us a pick-me-up before heading to our New Year's Eve dinner. We used the fridge for our leftovers. We used the WiFi which was strong (no problems) but didn't use the TV so can't report on that. That part of Delaware County has so much charm. Room was clean and cozy. Checking in and out was easy. The owners are extremely welcoming and polite. Would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in the Walton/ Delhi area.

Great room clean and quiet. Managers were great accommodating my schedule. Watch out for deer and meandering river scenes! They are beautiful

The new owners Haley and Paul are very nice people. The rooms are clean and have had some upgrades since they took over. The beds are more comfortable than in the past. I will definitely stay again.
