Customer Reviews
Positive: The room was huge and opened into a fenced in outdoor space. There were plenty towels for all four of us. It is located right next to a Chipotle and a Starbucks. Owner even offered to get us breakfast since we’d be leaving before it started. Negative: ""
The team at the hotel is friendly and helpful, and the check-in process smooth. The place is under renovation so cleanliness wise it was still disappointing- the carpets were visibly dirty. The room itself was clean and comfortable, with a small balcony to enjoy the sun and view to the pool. Breakfast is continental, but without a lot of options and several of the machines were not working - juice, water, etc.. Still okay for one night!
This hotel is NOT like what’s shown in the pictures at all! The hotel itself looks run down and abandoned, there are some rooms that are u see construction with the doors wide open. Walking down the halls is like you’re in a horror film, very dim hallways and the parking lot does not wrap around to the other side of the compound so if someone with walking problems gets a room on that side, good luck because there are no short cuts! The carpeting has wrinkles in it which is a tripping hazard. They claim to have “winterized” the hotel so none of the windows or patio/balcony sliding doors open which is also a fire hazard. One of the rooms smelled of bleach. And what looked like a utility room door was broken. The people at the front desk are incompetent and have no business running a hotel. T
The beds were very confortable, but the rest.... Someone must of left the patio door open a bit too long because the room was cold and there were bugs next to the screen door. We got them out and the rest of the room was clean. You could only get in from the lobby as magnetic key didn't work on the others doors and our room was on the second floor at the end of the hall (long walk). It's right off Route 2 with a gas station on one side and restaurants on the other.
The worst hotel stay. My husband and I spent the last two nights here for just short of $400 and there were numerous issues. The bed was uncomfortable, the TV would annoyingly start up on a news station at full volume…every time!…the first night around 9pm the fire alarm went off and they had to wait for the fire department to arrive to turn it off…there was no fire, then the second night there were massive plumbing issues. People were in the hallways making outrageous noise throughout the whole night apparently attempting to fix the plumbing. Doors were being slammed and there was banging so loud that we considered calling the police. The toilet in our room was making disgusting sounds all night as well. And in the morning we discovered that some of the plumbing issues had backed up into
