Positive: The staff were great. Negative: Although it appears modern in the pictures, it’s an older hotel. Also, the only parking options are valet or metered on the street.

I have never experienced first-class customer service like this before. My band was stuck in New York, and when we arrived at the hotel, Assistant Manager Jessica went above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable stay. She handled everything that seemed difficult for us to deal with and truly made a stressful situation so much easier. Thank you, Jessica, for your professionalism, kindness, and outstanding service. We came to the Inn at great neck in November for a few nights. We were attending a wedding in the neighborhood. The Decor is a bit dated, but all in all OK. The rooms were clean and comfortable. You have to take it for what it is, a hotel that’s been around for a long time. |some front desk staff were very rude but the |Valet and Bellmen were terrific. It seemed odd that there would be a sushi restaurant in the lobby, but I have to say the sushi was excellent!

Loved the art deco styling of this hotel. My room was clean with a beautiful balcony, and the shower was nice and hot. I ended up here after a canceled flight, so the soft bed was especially appreciated. It’s only about a half hour from the airport, which was convenient. The breakfast buffet wasn’t amazing, but honestly, what hotel breakfast is? Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay.
