I have a friend that needed a place to stay until his apartment was ready and they gave him a great rate

Perfect place for a quick stay. Very clean and everything is included in the low price. Safe. Convenient. Clean and A/C

This place is horribly disgusting. I mean it’s so infested with cockroaches and the poop everywhere from the cockroaches they do not clean the man who owns it stays hidden, and only comes to collect the money from the Poor disabled person has running the place I feel like this guy must be paying code off. There’s no way this place should be allowed to be open.

Slum owner forced to improve exterior because of code enforcement. Paranoid schizophrenic heroine method head as manager. Plumbing and roof horrendous. Owner will tell u room is fine. Floor slopes so badly up to 6 to 8 inches. You have to put wood to steady and that doesn't help much. Bare open rafters in bathroom. No lamps or table. You are given a set of nasty sheets. Cable out a lot. If u r not part of the clique here they will harass you terribly. Go anywhere else. The tenants here do not even shower.

Would have been perfect but wouldn't take me bcuz my dog .who is q big baby .
