I love it here I live here temporarily as guest these people are really awesome respectful ani. Good spirits it's quiet no violence clean the rooms are spacious wifi friendly the security are polite as well. So if your in town an need a nice place to rest check this place out💋💋😏

There's no doubt this is a "challenged" part of town. Lots of high fences, steel grates, and occasional barbed wire around apartment complexes and businesses. Having said that, I was impressed with this motel. The manager who checked me in was pleasant and businesslike. The building and grounds are "vintage" but well maintained. My room was well appointed- a nicely remodeled bathroom, wood/parquet flooring, newer TV, new air conditioning unit. The room had a microwave, coffee pot, iron and ironing board and refrigerator. The door locks were card key equipped and were of good quality. Bottom line is that this is basic overnight accommodations at a budget price- nothing fancy, but nothing to complain about. Basic and dated motel but was totally clean in all the important ways. I liked that my room had a laminate floor instead of carpets. Surprisingly quiet for being on a busy street. Slept like a baby. Great value and good management! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend if you have business that takes you to this area of LA and you're on a budget.

Quiet place Pros: large comfortable beds, plenty of shampoos and other supplies, original shutters, clean room. Cons: there was a clump of someone's hair in the towel and the bed was also not changed after the previous guests. The reception provided clean sheets.
