Hyatt Regency Tysons Corner Center

As someone who travels frequently and spends a lot of time in hotels, I can confidently say that this hotel is one of my absolute favorites. They recently renovated one of their floors, and the new rooms are outstanding. The design feels incredibly modern (you def get great value for what you pay). A special mention goes to Sama at the front desk. She is always so warm and welcoming, it honestly feels like I’m catching up with a friend whenever I check in. Highly recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay to celebrate my daughter's sixth birthday. We chose the American Girl package, which meant we got to have a little bed for my daughter's doll in our room, as well as a cute surprise for the doll to take home. The staff went above and beyond to make our trip memorable with a lovely slice of cake. The hotel itself is modern and sleek, and the location is unbeatable. We could get in and out of the Tysons Corner Center mall without even having to go outside. We had dinner at Founding Farmers (which we also highly recommend) and were able to walk to and from the restaurant, which was a nice plus. Overall, our visit was perfect, and we are so happy the hotel could accommodate our special trip.

WOW!! What a gem of a hotel--I had no idea! My husband and I celebrated our 2nd anniversary with a staycation here, and it was just perfect! The manager reached out as soon as we booked the room to ask if it was a special occasion, and noted that it was our anniversary, saying they would help make it special. We were able to check in early online, and were greeted warmly and wished a happy anniversary by both desk agents. We were assigned the corner suite on the top floor with views of the mountains and foliage in the distance during the day and the full moon and clear skies at night! Very modern but still warm vibe. The shower is wonderful with great water pressure, the toiletries were good quality, and the room was just perfect with a super comfy king bed, plenty of pillows, a loves

What am I missing here? Both hotels I stayed in this week had only chips of bar soap and squirt containers of shampoo and such in the shower. No lotions, qtips or any other toiletries whatsoever! When did this all change? For $300+ per night I would like a bit of frills. Something more than just a good location. Even business travelers desire a little more amenities. That said, the two bottles of complimentary water was a nice touch and appreciated. The bed was comfortable and the shower good. The desk staff is friendly and efficient. This particular hotel has the most convenient location and walkable restaurants and the Tysons mall is a bonus. Thus I will continue to frequent this hotel.

One of the front desk women was incredibly rude when I told her that I lost my text to retrieve my car from the Valet. She basically refused to help me and acted incredibly condescending and told me that’s how they get the cars….yes I understand that and I no longer have that text as I’ve already explained so what is the solution here? I literally had to ask her if she was going to help me. It was the heavy set woman with round glasses and her name starts with an O I believe? She was working the morning of 1/8/26. Terrible human being. Should not work in customer service.
