Hyatt Regency Lisle near Naperville

Rooms were very quiet, and could not hear a sound from anywhere else. Location is close to work, and they are very accommodating with last minute stays, and extending the time of stay. Rooms are clean, bedding is comfy, pool is nice and heated to help wind down after a long day of work. Front desk, and their service are very helpful and kind to assist with any needs or requests if applicable.

Positive: Staff is remarkable. Although they have to deal with the multiple issues in the rooms, they do it with a smile and are always courteous and professional. Negative: Every room has issues. The mini fridge not working, rips in carpet, air not working and the fire alarm going off in the room sending my wife downstairs alone to realize there was no staff to assist at 3:00am.

Stayed one night in route home from vacation. Hotel check in was prompt and the room was clean. And although I forgot the names of those that greeted us, all the employees were friendly and made our stay feel welcoming. Service and food for breakfast was good. Overall would definitely stay again!

Horrible. Serious HVAC issues everywhere except the lobby. Not my first visit, which is my fault. I should have known, but now I'm warning you! Rooms are dirty and smell of mold. A/c can't keep up with the heat from the sun coming in through the windows, even in the winter. Dust is choking out the return air vents. I assume the filters are never changed based on the condition of the covers. The lobby is very nice, but do not be fooled. The health department should intervene. Stay anywhere but here!! Avoid the refund line in the morning. I was offered a $25 discount for the horrible stay. If I could give 0 stars I would. 1 star feels hugely generous. We were there for my daughters wedding in August. Stayed with multiple friends so this is a review of multiple rooms on 3 different floors. Rooms were not very clean and smelled damp almost mildew. Like no ventilation is on when rooms are not in use. Grate from HVAC was leaning on wall in closet and not connected. Food from previous user was in the fridge. Looks better from the outside of the building. Total disappointment. Breakfast buffet was a disappointment. Overpriced, VERY limited selection, food was cold and not good. Burger King breakfast is much better.
