Hyatt Regency DFW International Airport

4 stars for the hotel- the restaurant prices were a little steep. We had to overnight in DFW due to flight complications arising from the actions in the Middle East. We needed just one more hotel accommodation on our rescheduled trip back home. However from the pickup service to check in, room quality, all that stuff is totally worth the price for convenience. Shoutout to Rojelio for his excellent navigation skills from the pickup point to the hotel. He managed to skip all the traffic and delivered us to the hotel in about 5 minutes. Special shoutout to Nick! Wonderful young man who took the time to deliver excellent customer service! He saw our need for extra attention (we were returning from an extended trip to East Africa and had a lot of luggage, as well as I am somewhat mobility chal

Hotel was clean, bed comfortable. Managed to get a shower and close to 8 hours sleep on a 12 hour layover. ||Shuttle took about 10 minutes to show up, short ride (walkable with some stairs on the way from terminal C through the parking structure if you feel like it but even with wait shuttle will be quicker)||Can't say much else, has a small store with sandwiches and sodas for a quick bite and a restaurant for a sit down. Staff was friendly. Coffee maker in room, microwave by the ice machine.

Check in and check out was very quick and smooth. The staff were very kind and friendly. Check in staff even offered me water and the check out staff was very helpful about the shuttle busses to airport. The room was very spacious and clean, with comfortable bed and pillows. I had a good night's sleep and it was a perfectly comfortable stay before my long trip back to Japan. I wish I had more time to explore their restaurants and facilities.

Very fast and efficient check-in and check-out for a large company meeting. Rooms were nice and well kept. Restaurant/bar area was spacious and menu had a nice variety. I enjoyed a nice soup & sandwich! It was a little difficult arriving due to airport construction but we made it. Driving in at night proved more difficult for some. I'm sure it's temporary.

Nice, clean and good people. Elevators did not work and took as long as 20 minutes to open and pick up. Had to use freight elevators that were packed shoulder to shoulder. Irritating construction noise during daytime while trying to conduct conference calls. Only 2 paper coffee cups, no plastic or glass to drink water out of. No complimentary water.
