Hyatt Place DFW

Stayed for 2 nights and had a awesome experience. I texted while in-flight informing the delay in check-in time and got a response within seconds which is impressive compared to my previous experiences with other Hyatt hotels as a Globalist. The front desk staffs were very helpful when I requested for toothbrush/toothpaste since I forgot to pack. The hotel is half a mile from the rental car center and under 2 miles near airport which is very convenient. Love the rooms and especially the water pressure. This is my 3rd time staying here and would prefer on my other travels to Dallas. Complimentary Breakfast was delicious and had many varieties than other Hyatt hotels. Thanks to all the hotel staffs and appreciate your hospitality on my stays.

We always stay here the night before a flight. It takes away all stress of getting to the airport the day you leave. The cost is very reasonable. Have always found the rooms clean, beds comfortable and staff great. Check-in always quick and extremely courteous staff. This hotel is right outside the airport entrance. They have a shuttle that drops you off at your terminal (we take Uber to/from the airport). I don't know if they offer a package to leave your car there and take shuttle to terminal. Have never had a bad experience staying at this hotel. Recommend staying here in lieu of the Hyatt Regency inside the airport where we used to stay. Cost is substantially less for a better experience. Unless they have renovated the Hyatt Regency in the last year or two, it is extremely run do

Easy shuttle pick up from DFW, nice staff and good bar area. Breakfast was also nice. The room needed a new AC its dated and noisy. Also you csn hear the cars on the highway and we were on a high floor.

This was a decent place to stay for an unexpected layover. I appreciated the gym and peloton (although it’d be better to move away from this viewing window). The shuttle was easy - just be careful not to confuse with Hyatt regency. The mattress were far too soft for me. The breakfast buffet offering was decent, with lots of options.

Positive: The driver for the shuttle to the airport was the absolute nicest man and went way above and beyond. The hotel itself was very nice and very clean. Wonderful place and would definitely stay again Negative: ""
