Hyatt Place Springdale/Zion National Park

My wife and I spent one night at this now Hyatt chain property (Hyatt Place) that was previously and IHG branded property hotel. We were visiting the National Parks with our stay at Zion being the last stop before we would be returning to Las Vegas Airport to fly home. From the reviews, we were not sure what to expect but I can report that this property was very nice and the renovations seemed to be complete in the common areas and our room was very nice also, consistent with other Hyatt Place properties that I have stayed at in the past.||We arrived around 6pm after a full-day at the park and our room was ready. The property was conveniently located about 2 miles from the Zion National Park entrance and their is a free bus service that runs from several stops in Springdale to the Park

Positive: Location, location, location as far as being close to the park! Negative: The first room assigned to us had a broken window, so they offered another. Unfortunately, the room available was directly over the bar/eating area outside the elevator. Quite noisy, especially with the tour groups / motor coach.

We booked this hotel while we were about an hour away from Zion. We were lucky enough to have a room that fit my family, and even better, on the second floor. The room and the view were amazing. The staff was super friendly and courteous. The hotel is minutes away from the entrance to the national park which made visiting super easy. The best part was having so many choices of food within walking distance. I would highly recommend staying here!

This hotel was FANTASTIC! The price was great when we went. The hotel was nice and felt like a comfy home. Breakfast was included and was very good and not your standard breakfast that you see in many hotels with breakfast. Today there was a plain yogurt with toppings. There were chia seeds, almonds, freeze dried strawberries, fresh berry mix, fresh fruit and more. On the hot side there was French toast sticks, scrambled eggs, tortilla shells, cheese, salsa, Canadian bacon, potatoes, toast, English muffins,bagels and more. I forgot to add cereal -three different types and milk. Drinks were juices -orange, apple and one other. They had 3at least 3 different coffee types, hot chocolate, and teas. Check in was great and really smooth. There was a parking fee which I wasn’t expecting.

Clean, updated modern rooms. First hotel I ever stayed at with absolutely zero hotel smell! Bathrooms large, upgraded, double sinks, lots of counter space. The place is spotless. Smart big screen TV with Netflix app, couch/nook area in corner, large desk space, updated features for your gadgets such as USB-C wall outlet, night stands on either side of bed so both people can charge their devices. Breakfast had good variety : all continental items plus scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, oatmeal, hash browns , tortillas, salsa, cheese so you can make your own little breakfast burrito. Juices, water dispenser available as well as coffee and TAZO teas available all the time. There’s also a bar in the hotel with a food menu as well. Outside was cold at night but had a bonfire, then 2 jacuzzi of goo
