Desert Pearl Inn

We really enjoyed our stay at the Desert Pearl Inn. The location, service, and room were all excellent. Our room overlooked the Virgin River, which made for a peaceful setting—the sound of the river and the surrounding canyon views made it a great place to relax after a day of hiking. The location was also very convenient. We were able to walk to dinner in town each evening and easily access nearby trails right from the Inn, including the Watchman Trail and the Pa'rus Trail. It’s also clear that the owners are continuing to invest in the property. The current construction and remodeling show their commitment to maintaining the Inn and providing a great experience for guests. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Zion National Park.

We stayed here for Christmas in Zion. The room was very spacious, clean and beautiful. The kitchenette was immensely helpful to us. We also love the deck where we have a private view of the mountains and river. The service was awesome too, they even cleaned our dishes and left Christmas Truffles! The restaurant next to the pool, Camp Outpost, is really good as well! would definitely come back and I recommend people visiting Zion to stay here!

Still the undisputed number one place to stay. We visited during winter construction and booked at a reduced rate, but were never disturbed once. Our suite was perfect for cooking breakfast and snacks, very spacious, and absolutely worth the extra cost for a special trip. The location is ideal — extremely close to the park entrance and within easy walking distance of restaurants in town. Rooms overlooking the river are the best in my opinion. It was a treat to wake up to canyon views both front and back, and the hot tub was still going strong, with great views either way. A special shout-out to Evan at the front desk, who was especially helpful in the lead-up to our stay. We initially booked four nights and ended up staying six because we were so comfortable. We loved our stay here but feel like a few minor improvements could be made. Tv was not working properly or the remote and could only watch one channel. The ac unit was hard to figure out and made rattling sounds that made it impossible to ignore when sleeping. Also, the couch bed was pretty dated. Queen beds were very comfortable and soft. Room was cleaned well. The restaurant attached has great dinner options but lacking in breakfast. The river and Mountain View was the absolute best part, so beautiful!

Absolutely amazing place! So glad I booked a stay here. Rooms were clean and spotless. Views were breathtaking. Special shout out to Isabel that works there. She helped me with my booking, recommended places to eat, and let me know of which trails to do at Zion! Will definitely be staying here again.
