Hyatt Place Salt Lake City/Lehi

I had a fantastic stay here. The rooms were very clean, and the staff was genuinely friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived. The hotel has a small bar on-site with a great atmosphere. The bartender was friendly, and the crowd was made up of really nice people. Just a heads-up, if you order drinks you’ll need to order some food as well. That said the light meal options are perfectly fine and reasonably priced. The breakfast buffet was delicious and well put together a great way to start the day. One small warning for taller guests, the lamps in the seating area near the breakfast buffet hang fairly low. If you're tall like me, you might want to watch your head. Other than that minor detail it was a fantastic experience overall. I would absolutely stay here again.

Extremely convenient location, especially being right next to Cabela’s and the freeway. The service was outstanding—every staff member greeted us with a genuine smile coming and going, which immediately made the stay feel welcoming. The hotel has everything you need, the rooms were spotless, and the showers were a standout. Even the showerheads are clearly upgraded, with great water pressure and an even spray (a rare win for hotels!). Overall, a clean, comfortable, and well-run Hyatt that I’d happily stay at again.

Excellent stay at the Hyatt Place - Lehi. Convenient to family and other amenities of restaurants, shops, the outlets, etc. Very comfortable, good-sized rooms and beds; thorough, professional housekeeping service. Excellent, delicious breakfast -- tremendous variety, always well stocked, many healthy options. Front desk staff always greeted us on departure and return. Appreciated the pet-friendly option as we brought out standard poodle. Construction has the dedicated outdoor pet area out of service, but hopefully that will be re-built when the other work is completed. Great place to stay when in the Lehi/American Fork area of Utah.

We travel across the Salt Lake Valley and stay multiple weekends a month for our kids sports. This is my first review but, I wanted to leave one because the staff at this Hyatt Place was above and beyond more kind and attentive than any other we have worked with. They really were so genuinely considerate and friendly. I was really impressed. The convenience of this hotel is notable too. We could walk to the outlets and to several restaurants. It is really, really easy to get to off of I-15. We will definitely stay at this Hyatt again. Thanks!
