Comfort Inn Lehi - Thanksgiving Point Area

The rooms are less than average, nothing special, just a less than average Comfort Inn. The main road of this location is hectic and a little near accident prone in my opinion. The only decent staff member this place has to offer is Viviana, other than her my husband and I where not impressed by anyone or this place. Viviana however was super helpful, nice if you ask her a question for a fun idea to do in the area if you're just visiting was super great! She was also quick to respond to our needs. Anyways if I can find a better place stay at next time I'd do it, if not , I wouldn't be mad about staying here again.

The room was clean and comfortable. The lady checking us in was very polite and helpful. The breakfast was good. They could use another waffle maker. The breakfast attendant could take better care of the tables. We wiped several of them off for people.

The keycard I received was in a used card holder with the previous room scratched off- I immediately got a bad vibe that this place cuts corners. The counter person was dressed in basic street clothes and wasn’t very professional; I thought it was another guest at the hotel… I was shocked. The hallways are so stuffy you can barely breathe. The bathroom mirror light was not working and the entry light was flickering off and on by itself. The pool had no towels. Could not connect to the wi-fi (very slow). My bed sheets had a brown stain, so I slept on top of all the blankets. I enjoyed how many options for breakfast were available. I’d give my stay a 6/10.

Stayed one night in January 2026 and discovered multiple bed bugs in our room late at night (3–4 found within about 15 minutes). We reported the issue immediately. Unfortunately, we were told nothing could be done without proof and were asked to wait until morning for housekeeping. Given the circumstances, we did not feel safe staying and checked out close to midnight, securing another hotel on short notice. While we did receive a refund, the handling of the situation was disappointing and added significant stress. We spent hours afterward checking luggage and washing all clothing to avoid infestation. I hope management reviews how situations like this are handled, especially late at night, as guest reassurance and safety are critical in these circumstances.
